March Recap!!!!

Holy cow!  March is already over?  Where is the year going?

So here's goes!

Miles run:  126 miles; of course, they are still down from marathon training but more than I even expected.  I figured I'd be under 100 miles mostly without the marathon training.
March miles - getting stronger

Miles biked:  zero; oops - what can I say, I hate being inside.

Miles swam:  zero - I guess I better start this now that I have a Tri to train for.

Weights workouts: 8 workouts.  I'm keeping to my twice a week schedule

Yoga workouts: 8 workouts.  I'm loving my Yoga!

Total workout time for all:  26 hours 59 minutes

For a year to date snap shot:

1st Quarter 2013:  333 miles ran for the first quarter; 26 strength sessions and 21 Yoga sessions.

1st Quarter 2012:  509 miles ran for the first quarter; only 7 strength sessions and no Yoga sessions.

I guess you could say I was focused on running in 2012.
