Six month review......

It's really hard to believe it's already been six months into 2013.  Here's a quick recap of what I've done so far:

672 miles run(vs 815 miles last year to date)

43 miles biked(vs 100 miles last year to date)

0 miles swam(vs 0 miles last year to date)

47 weight sessions for 28 hours total(vs 10 times for 5 hours total last year to date)

59 Yoga sessions(vs 0 times last year to date)

12 races including 5 half marathons(vs 7 races including 4 halfs and 1 full marathon)

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with what I've accomplished even though I've run less this year.   As you can see, I've added more weights and yoga sessions in this year.
