Eve's eve marathon

Ok, I read that from somebody's blog in the last year.  Basically, it the two day's before Christmas or the eve of Christmas eve.

In my case, it's the Friday before the Sunday marathon run!  I'm feeling good.  I'm feeling rested(almost).  I'm feeling like running 26.2 miles.....well, sort of.  Haha!

Either way, in 48 hours, I'll be running!

I already packed some of my clothes so I'm ready to leave Saturday morning.  I still need to check the list again and make sure I've got everything.  The only thing I'm really worried about is my running outfit.  Everything else, eh...whatever.  I've got my clothes, running clothes and camera.  That's all I need.  I've checked the weather a 1,001 times - hot - lovely...but not Boston marathon hot.  I won't look again until I leave tomorrow morning.  They should have an idea of what it will really be by then.

If you are running the Flying Pig, I'll be the guy at the expo in the Michigan State shirt.  I'm sure that will go over well in Buckeye country.  Say hello.  I'd love to get a picture.

Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!!

  6. Kiss arse and enjoy the ride! Marathon's eve eve is always the time to get some sleep, since the night before there is the "is my alarm going to ring and will i wake up on time" insomnia. At least that's the case here.
