Nuun All Day Hydration review

5 miles on the schedule today.  It was very hot and humid - 75 degrees at 5am is crazy.  It's going to be in the high 90's today again.

This hot weather could not have been better timing for the review of Nuun's new product, Nuun All Day Hydration.  This new product is to help you stay hydrated all day and given this weather we've been having, it's a great way to help you keep drinking all day.

Nuun contacted me and asked me to pick out two of their four new flavors.  I decided to choose Tangerine Lime and Grape Raspberry.  Here's what I was sent:
They also have Grapefruit Orange and Blueberry Pomegranate as well.  Nuun All Day Hydration is the same concept as the original Nuun Active Hydration.  You pop a tablet into your glass, fill it with 16 oz. of water, wait a few minutes and enjoy.  As with Nuun Active Hydration, there is no overpowering taste to it.  I've used Nuun Active Hydration during my last couple marathon training schedules for hydration and to help replace the electrolytes I lose during my training.

It's also nice to have a little something extra to keep you thinking about staying hydrated.  I try to drink water throughout the day but things get busy and I forget.  Having these near me push me to drink more water.  Both of these flavors had a really nice taste and it's nice to have a little flavor in the water as well.

In addition to the great flavor, they are only 8 calories per tab, No sugar and comes with 17 vitamins and minerals.  Check it out:

  1. I LOVE NUUN!!! I'm a huge fan -- I freaked out when I learned they're a Seattle company:)

I stick to Nuun's "U Natural Hydration" tablets though (Cucumber Mint, Goji Berry Green Tea, Tangerine Ginger, & Lemon Chai flavors), because they don't have sodium benzoate & other questionable ingredients!!

    Great review!

    1. Jenn - that's the point...this one is all natural, like U

    2. Yup! Stickin' with the "U Natural Hydration" NUUN :)
