July review

Is it just me or has this year been flying by?  July's done.  Wow!

Here's how it worked out for me:

Miles Run:  115.41 miles.  Not bad considering I missed a few runs this month.  I've managed to remain above 100 miles every month this year so far.

Miles Biked:  41.71 miles.  The most I've done on the bike in a long time.  It will have do do for the Tri this month

Miles Swam: 0.38 miles.  One  Ok, I'll get through it but that's it for me on swimming.

Weights:  10 weight sessions; acceptable(for me); Bowflex is becoming my friend....not.

Yoga:  20 sessions; a record month for me!  All at home.

Kayak:  2.50 miles.  Just having fun up north.  I've got to do this more.  Good time.

Race:  Only 1, The Alpenfest 10k(click HERE for review)

Rest days:  Only 1 complete rest day but really anything with just yoga I also count as rest days - this would be really 7 days that way.

I also find it interesting that my total distance for everything was exactly 160 miles.  How often does that happen?  Also, I burned 79,835 calories.  What?  I should be able to eat cookies and ice cream daily!!! Haha!

  1. OK I've done a couple more miles, but then I haven't had a rest day in a long time!
    keep going...
