13 miles on the schedule today. I knocked that out this morning with my running buddy, Kevin, at Stony Creek. The wind was brutal the first mile(and seventh and twelfth), worse than normal, but I got through over two loops. Kevin had 18 on his schedule so we parted ways and he went off to finish. Winter can kiss my ass!

So here's the results for February:

Miles Run: 105 miles for the month(20 times); surprised that I continue to hit over 100 miles a month but I guess that make sense since when I'm training for a full, I'm in that 140-200 miles a month.
Races: 1 race. The Super 5k. Had a great time at this race. See full review HERE.
Miles Biked: Zero; still not into it. Probably because I can't be outside. That and I've used my cross training time elsewhere.
Miles Swam: yeah right. No pool access, no swimming. I can't justify $50/month just to swim.
Weights workouts: 8 workouts; a big success for me since I hate it so much but it certainly helps with my running.
Yoga workouts: 9 workouts; I LOVE yoga. I've been using the Simply Yoga app for the iPad and if you have not tried it, do so now!
Rest Day: 3 days of complete rest this month although I count Yoga/weights days as active rest.
