And so it burns winner! Yes, it's me! + giveaway reminders

3 miles on the schedule today.  It was freakin freezing out there today; feels like in the 20's, Yikes! but.....done!  The moon was shining bright this morning.  I was going to go back in and get my camera to take a picture and figured I would do it when I got back from my run.  Unfortunately, it moved where I could not get a picture.  Perhaps tomorrow.

If you missed it, you still have time to enter my two giveaways.  There's a Contigo Water Bottle giveaway and an iFitness belt giveaway.  I currently have very little entries so the chances are really good right now.  They are buried in my holiday review.  Go check it out HERE to win!

Look what I got in the mail the other day.  I was fortunate enough to win a huge package of heating/cooling pads for injuries.  This was Jose over at And so it Burns first blog giveaway.  A funny story - I was chosen to win this great gift and at the same time he was chosen to win a giveaway I was doing - what are the chances?  Haha!  I feel honored to be the first to win on his blog!  Go check out his blog and add him to your running blog list.

Now not that I'm hoping to use these anytime soon but it's nice to know they are there and ready for me at a moments notice.  Check all of them out:

This was an awesome giveaway!  I basically have every type of heating pad I could need for upper and lower body coverage.  I didn't even know they made that many kinds.  There are two in particular that I know I will be using(unfortunately) but are related to knees.  You put this thing either in the freezer or the microwave for your need.  I'll likely be putting mine in the freezer to help relieve my sore muscles.  The great thing about both of these is that you can wrap this around your leg/knee and you can walk around and get stuff done or don't need to hold it when you use it.  A great feature.  I'm sure as I use both of these, I'll do a post about them at that time.

This one is a little smaller version with the same idea:

Here's to hoping you never need anything like these things.

Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!
