Rest day today....


Yes, that's right, 7days.....

1)....until the Detroit Marathon

2)....of less running

3)....of more carbs

4)....of more sleep

5)....of anxiety

6)....of planning

7)....of positive thinking!

  2. 56 days, but only 35 until I get to taper!

  3. 6 weeks to my marathon but I will be running at least 3 x 10km 1 x 15km and a half before then. Yes I'm mad...

    Don't worry I won't be racing then all...

  4. You'll do great! My next is in 4 weeks...but I'm planning on running, not racing as I did a marathon yesterday.
