Last run in Pittsburgh.

Well I did my last run in Pittsburgh today - 3 miles. I ran entirely around Heinz Field. Fun stuff. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow after 7 straight days of exercise and running. I don't know how some of you do it with no rest days. I'll post some pictures this weekend. We ate on Mt.Washington and got an awesome view of downtown and northshore. While I enjoyed my time in Pittsburgh, I'm very happy to be going home and sleeping in my own bed.

Have a great day and .......Keep Running!!!!

  2. I ran outside this morning and, let me tell you, I have a new found respect for you running outside everyday. I don't know how you do it. I think I'd need to find a new source of motivation if I planned to do it everyday. You're awesome!

  8. Wow! I am just catching up on blogs this morning and I couldn't wait to comment on yours! Hope you enjoyed your visit to the Burgh! You ended up here during one of our coldest spells in ages! The temps have been wickedly low! Kudos for being brave enough to run outdoors and face the cill! I love how you referenced all of the bridges our city has! There certainly are quite a few!!! :) Last I heard we had around 440 in the entire city! Isn't that crazy??? :)
