Yes, you are reading that right, I'm up to 41+ miles for the week with a rest day and a yoga day in there. This is close to the max miles I'll do for this schedule and so far it seems to be working for me. I feel like I'm getting stronger and stronger each week and I'd rather go into this marathon being undertrained than feeling overtrained.
I ended this week with a nice 17 miler over at Highland State Recreation area. For those of you in the area looking for hills, this is the place to go. You will find them here.
