Well, overall a nice week of running. As you can see, I missed a five mile run this week. Oops. As I continue to run, I have been less worried about running on a schedule and more worried about not getting injured. I took a rest day after Saturday's half marathon and I'm glad I did since I'm still feeling it.
I got in some yoga this week too! Overall I was happy with my race and that is what this week was about. Onto next week! It's hard to believe that next week is half way through training. Time sure does fly. It's a big week of miles for me next week and I'll be back to over 40 miles.
