CEP Compression Socks review

A month or so ago I received a new pair of CEP Compression socks for review.

I've used CEP compression sleeves for recovery for the last couple years and I love them!  They have really helped me in my running and recovery.  I truly believe that compression works.

CEP recently came out with Run Compression socks but one with a smaller length.  The socks are made for each specific foot as noted by the R and L on the socks.  The footbed has a nice cushion to them but they are not overly cushioned.  I've primarily been running with these in the 3-10 mile range and have found them to be very comfortable.  More so than I thought they would be actually.
Foot specific
I was really expecting the feeling of these to be very tight compression wise.  That's how the compression sleeves feel on you.  While that is great for recovery, I was not sure about having them feel that tight while running.  I was completely wrong though.  These are not as tight and they are actually quite comfortable while running.  They are compression though and do stay in place while running.
They stay in place while running
The foot bed is very soft.  They also come with a little tab on the back so they are easy to put on and take off.
Comfortable footbed
The length is a little shorter than I would prefer.  I found myself trying to pull them up more so that they would stay past my shoe in the front and also in the back.  These are more of a "no-show" length.  While they are not bad, I just don't want to worry about the shoes hitting my skin as I run.  That being the case, I put them on, then my shoes on, then I pull the socks up more to make sure they are covered.  Since they don't move, it works for me.  I've also not experienced any blisters so these will go in my regular running rotation of socks.
No show length

Interested in learning more about the CEP socks, check them out on their website.  They are available at Running Warehouse now for $16.50 a pair.

Have a great day and....Keep Running!!!!

Disclosure:  I received a complimentary pair of CEP socks for this review.  All opinions are my own and I was not required to give a particular opinion other than an honest one.

  1. I have worn cep compression socks and love them. Now that they have short socks for running is great! They are the most comfortable pair of socks I own. I wear my cep's for work because I stand all day in boots and is hard on my legs and they help. I wair these mainly for everyday use and they are very comfortable. I like the stitching on these socks because your feet can breathe easily. Must have for anyone!!!!

  3. The different sorts of running socks promote various benefits for the runner that chooses them. Some runners want to possess extra padding in their running sock. Other runners prefer a cloth that claims to wick moisture faraway from the skin, for more information visit here calcetines deporte.
